PAYMENTS
At Catherine Cole, we’ve never met a credit card we didn’t like. We accept all major credit cards, and Paypal, too.
SHIPPING
Why should you have to wait? Even when the weather’s nice enough to spend the day golfing, my trophy husband, Mark, works hard to ship your order the same day you place it.
We’re proud of our fast shipping, and those in the U.S. should expect their order within 2-5 business days. Canadian and International customers should expect between 2-4 weeks, depending on location. We ship from North Carolina using USPS for all U.S. and Canadian customers in a personal, hand stamped package.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information that you can follow through the USPS website. I wish I had a crystal ball to help us predict the postal system, but unfortunately the only thing I can read is my trophy husband’s mind. You’ll know as much as we do!
Additionally, please use a secure mail address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
I know you’re excited to receive your items, but ladies, put down the glass of wine and double-check your address! Catherine Cole is not responsible for lost packages or packages sent to the wrong address. Any package sent to the wrong address will be subject to a reship cost or 10% restocking fee. We gladly ship to Canada and International. We charge for shipping only, you are responsible for your custom fees from your country.

EXCHANGES
Something not quite perfect? No worries! If you return your product unworn and in original condition with packaging, exchanges are a piece of cake. Send us an email at socksandsandals4u@gmail.com and we’ll send you a return authorization number.
Exchanges requests must be made by email within 3 business days of receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping fees. Send through USPS to our address at the bottom of the page!
Exception: All one-of-a-kind and sale items are final sale.
RETURN POLICY
At Catherine Cole, we don’t like surprises (unless it’s the good kind— chocolate, flowers.) We do our best to describe each listing in the most accurate way, so you know exactly what to expect when your package comes your way!
However, if by some chance you aren’t happy with what you’ve received, let us know. We want you to feel good about your purchase! We do exchanges, and will of course replaced damaged items. Any claims, exchanges, or returns must be made within 3 days of receipt and must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with packaging. Try on your barefoot sandals immediately, walk in them, make sure they work. We do not accept claims weeks later. Send us an email for your return authorization number, stick it outside the package, and send it back our way through USPS using the address listed below. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Refunds will be made within 1-2 business days on the original card you purchased with.
Exception: Selected sale, one-of-a-kind, and as is/irregular items are final sale. They will state that in the listing, so please keep this in mind when purchasing! Christmas gifts must be returned/exchanged by January 2nd.

ORDER CHARGES
To expedite the shipping of your order, your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping charges and applicable taxes. If you have ordered an item that becomes out of stock I will issue an immediate refund. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
BACK ORDERS
Rarely, an item might be on back order. This might be the case if I’m still working on the product, or the item is very popular at the moment and sold out. Please place your order and we promise to ship it to you as soon as it becomes available! Delays are rare, but they do occur. We try to ship to you as quickly as possible so you can start feeling fabulous, fast.
SALES TAX
I am required to charge local sales tax only in my home state of North Carolina.

FAQ
Are barefoot sandals and ankle bracelets sold in pairs?
Yes, all my barefoot sandals, socks and ankle bracelets are sold in pairs. When you purchase 1 in the shopping cart you are purchasing 1 pair.
Can the barefoot sandals be worn in water?
No, like all fashion metal jewelry, salt water and chlorine pools are a no-no. The salt and chlorine are too harsh for any metal jewelry.
How do the jewel barefoot sandals fit so many sizes?
Our jewel metal barefoot sandals have a lobster clasp closure, just like a necklace. The chain extender is 4" long to adjust for a perfect fit, if the chain is too long for tiny tootsies, just clip it off with a utility scissor or pliers. The beaded sandals are hand strung on clear elastic that stretch to fit.
How long does it take for my pretties to arrive?
We ship all orders, USA, Canadian and International via the US Postal system. For USA customers allow 2-6 business days for delivery depending on how far you are from North Carolina. Canadian and International customers allow 2-4 weeks depending on distance from USA eastern coast. Please note, I do not control the Postal system—once it leaves my studio, I have no control of delivery. Follow the tracking link provided once you've purchased! We do not ship on weekends, your order will be mailed weekdays.
Why didn't I get an email confirmation after I placed my order?
99.9% of the time this happens, you have typed in your email address wrong. If this is the case, please email us at socksandsandals4u@gmail.com the correct address so we may fix it.
