A little Southern hospitality goes a long way, y'all! I'm all about attention to detail and stellar customer service—because I want you absolutely thrilled with your handcrafted goodies from North Carolina.

Returns & Exchanges Made Easy

If something's not quite right, don't panic! Just email us at socksandsandals4u@gmail.com  and we'll sort it out. Here's what you need to know:

The Fine Print (But Make It Fun):

  • One-of-a-kind and SALE items are FINAL SALE – Because, well, they're special (just like you).
  • Christmas gifts? You've got until January 5th to exchange them. That's plenty of time to figure out if Aunt Susan really loves those slouch socks.
  • Condition matters! Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. We're not miracle workers (though our socks are pretty magical).
  • Shipping fees aren't refundable – We wish we could, but the postal service doesn't work for free (trust us, we've asked).
  • You're responsible for return shipping – Pack it up carefully! We're not responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back to us.
  • 7-day window – You've got 7 days from delivery to inspect your items and let us know if there's an issue. Don't wait until day 8 —we're sticklers for deadlines!
  • Get approval first! Don't send anything back without emailing us for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Random packages showing up make us nervous.

Please email us only—no phone calls to the studio! We promise to reply quickly (probably while sipping coffee and designing your next favorite pair of socks).

When I Mess Up (It Happens!)

Sssh, don't tell my husband, but I'm not perfect. On the rare occasion I make a mistake, I promise we'll make it right. Some of my most loyal customers are the ones where I goofed up and then went above and beyond to fix it. That's the Catherine Cole way!
