How to Cancel:
Easy peasy! Just email us at socksandsandals4u@gmail.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to cancel. We'll take care of it faster than you can say "I changed my mind."
When Can I Cancel?
- Anytime before your next billing date – Cancel before we process your next order and you won't be charged. Timing is everything!
- Already shipped? If your order is already on its way, you'll receive it (and be charged), but we'll cancel future shipments immediately.
Refunds for Canceled Subscriptions:
- If we haven't shipped your order yet, you won't be charged. Simple as that.
- If your order already shipped, our regular refund policy applies (check that out for all the details).
- No refunds for previous subscription orders – Those socks have already brought joy to your feet!
What Happens After Cancellation?
Your subscription stops immediately, and you won't receive any future shipments or charges. You'll get a confirmation email from us so you know it's done (we're thorough like that).
